Thumbnail generator for the Ratings widget ("score" view)

This page combines two or four thumbs-up/down images in order to satisfy the Ratings widget's requirement on having multiple pictures inside a single image file.

Having multiple small images in a single file enhances user experience by allowing faster download times.
