JS-Kit cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Managing Your Information

All registered Visitors may review, update or correct the Personal Information provided in their registration or profile by changing their "Visitor preferences" in their account. If you choose to opt out entirely, then your account may become deactivated and you will need to re-register should you decide to opt-in again. Security

JS-Kit has established safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of your information, but cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, as a result of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or the policies of JS-Kit and its Partner Sites).

Use of Services by Children

JS-Kit Services are intended for a general audience, and children under the age of thirteen are not permitted to use them. If any of the Partner Sites is directed toward children, or knowingly collects information from children, that Partner Site is required to provide you information about its practices for the handling of children's online data through its privacy policy.

 This Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@js-kit.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
